Office Manager

Our office managers are the backbone (no pun intended) of Corrective Chiropractic. From answering phone calls, to planning patient events, they have the flexibility and freedom to manage the entire office. 


  • High school Diploma or GED
  • Positive attitude and expectational customer service
  • Works well in a fast-paced environment
  • A self-starter
  • Takes direction well, and responds well to feedback

Job Duties

  • Importing documents into our electronic health records system
  • Coordinating doctor/patient schedules
  • Able to answer phones & questions and schedule accordingly
  • Basic administrative tasks that include (but not limited to) shredding patient forms to stay in compliance with HIPPA, order supplies, maintain clean office environment
  • Clearly communicate with patients through email/text/phone calls
  • Prep paperwork for upcoming appointments
  • Audit ledgers, take payment, balance accounts
  • Take initiative and be one step ahead of the chiropractor

Chiropractic Assistant

Our chiropractic assistant are the right-hand to our chiropractors in the office. They are able to deliver patient care at the same high-level as our office managers and doctors in the office. 


  • Prior experience in a healthcare setting
  • Chiropractic Assistant Certification (not required, by willing to get certified upon employment)
  • X-Ray Safety Certification (not required, by willing to get certified upon employment)
  • High attention to detail
  • Great bedside manner 

Job Duties 

  • Administering screening assessments, such as EMG scans, X-Rays, nerve scans, as needed
  • Preparing treatment rooms prior to appointments, as needed.
  • Collecting and recording patients’ personal and medical information

Internship – Chiropractic Student

Over 80% of our current chiropractors had internships with our company prior to joining the team. You will get extensive training and guidance on how we run our offices through marketing, patient experience, technology, chiropractic techniques, and have hands on experience with examinations, diagnoses, x-rays, and “real-world” experience with managing patients.
