What to Expect When You Call Our Office

As soon as you call our office, you will immediately be greeted by one of our friendly front-desk team members! He / she will answer any questions you may have, as well as get you scheduled for our earliest New Patient Appointment available.

New Patient Paperwork

Once you are on the books, we will send over your New Patient Paperwork via email. All you have to do? Click on the link and fill out your paperwork online. Once it’s completed, it will send it straight back to us. All we ask? Please fill out your paperwork at least 24 hours prior to your appointment so we may serve you best in our office! In the email, you will also find specific details about when / what your appointment is… along with directions on how to get to your desired Corrective Chiropractic location.

Insurance

Curious about your Insurance coverage? We will do a complimentary Insurance check for you at the time of your first visit. The Doctor will go over all of that with you on your SECOND visit!

What to Expect on Your First Visit – New Patient Appointment

As soon as you walk through our doors, we want you to feel right at home! A front-desk team member will eagerly greet you by name, show you how to check your temperature (hands-free!), and get a copy of your Driver’s License and Insurance card. At the time of your New Patient Appointment, we will begin your visit by giving you a tour around the office. Next, the Doctor will begin with a thorough consultation and history. Our main goal at the first visit is to figure out what’s going on with your spine and how long it has been there. Last but certainly not least, the Doctor will perform a digital posture analysis, muscle scans, nerve scans, as well as digital x-rays (if necessary). Here at Corrective Chiropractic, we are all about going the extra mile when it comes to your health and well-being! (You can expect to be here for about 45 minutes to an hour for your first visit.)

What to Expect on Your Second Visit – Report of Findings

After your first visit, you will come back for your Report of Findings. At this second visit… the Doctor will go over your X-Rays, recommendations of care, as well as any finances moving forward. If you decide to move forward with chiropractic care… you will receive your first Corrective Chiropractic adjustment. Never been adjusted before? No worries! The Doctor will walk you through the whole process. We can confidently say that you are in GREAT hands! (You can expect to be here for about 45 minutes to an hour for your second visit… moving forward, your adjustments will only be around 15-20 minutes.)
